Notice of Digital Millennium Copyright Act. IVD adheres to the federal Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by promptly addressing reports of alleged infringement that conform to the DMCA and other relevant laws.

As part of our reaction, we shall take appropriate action to promptly remove or restrict access to any content that we have control over, and that violates the copyright rights of others.

IVD lacks control over the content placed on third-party websites and is unable to remove content from sites that it neither owns nor controls. If you own the copyright of content that is being hosted on a third-party website without your permission, please get in touch with the website administrator directly to request the removal of the content.

If you have reason to suspect that the content accessible through IVD software violates one or more of your copyrights, please alert us by submitting a written notice (“Infringement Notice”) that includes the following information.

Kindly note that you will be held responsible for any damages (including expenses and legal fees) if you make a significant false claim that a product or activity is violating your copyrights. If you are uncertain if the content accessible through IVD software violates your copyright, it is advisable to consult with a lawyer initially.

In order to submit a notice regarding content that infringes against intellectual property rights, please furnish a notification that includes the following particulars:

1. A signature, either physical or electronic, from someone authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is believed to have been violated. 2. The identification of the copyrighted work that is claimed to have been violated. If there are multiple copyrighted works on a single online site, a representative list of these works should be provided, including their titles, authors, and any registration or tracking numbers.

3. Provide the specific details of the material that is being claimed as infringing or the subject of infringing conduct. This includes information that will help us find and delete or restrict access to the item.

4. Please provide your contact details, such as your address, telephone number, and email address, so that we can get out to you.

5. A declaration that you genuinely believe that the use of the work in the manner being complained about is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

6. A declaration affirming the accuracy of the information provided in the notification and asserting, with the risk of legal consequences, that you have the authority to take action on behalf of the owner of a protected right that is purportedly being violated.

Please submit your Infringement Notice by email to ytifdownload@gmail.com.
